Conrad Consulting Company is a technology and growth consultancy owned by Ryan Conrad. We work on the practical problems that sit between the work a business does and the systems it runs on.
What we are
A consulting and software firm. We take on problems usually described in business terms rather than technical ones — quotes take too long, the same information gets entered three times, customers ask for updates nobody can give them — and work out what the right technical answer is before proposing one.
The work spans custom software, automation, integrations, websites, marketing systems and operational tools. What holds it together is not a technology; it is that every engagement starts by establishing whether it should happen at all.
How we think about it
Plenty of firms sell one thing and manage to find it in every problem. That is a comfortable way to run a business and a poor way to be a supplier. We would rather be the firm that tells you the answer is a tool you already pay for, and gets called back the next time something matters.
In practice that means being as willing to recommend buying, integrating or doing nothing as building. The decision is the part of the work with the most money attached to it.
Who we work with
Owners and operators of legitimate businesses — usually people who are busy, not especially technical, and losing time or opportunities to systems that do not connect. Not limited to one industry; the problems rhyme more than most people expect.
