This policy has not been reviewed by a lawyer. See the marked notes.

Needs founder or legal review: baseline language generated during the site build. Do not publish as final without review.

What we collect

If you submit the contact form we receive the name, company, email address, optional phone number and description you enter. We collect it so we can reply.

This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party tracking pixels. If privacy-preserving analytics are enabled later they will count page views in aggregate without identifying individual visitors.

Needs review: confirm which analytics product is actually enabled before publishing, and whether any notice is required for it.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to carry out that work. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it except with service providers who help operate the business, and only as needed.

How long we keep it

For as long as an enquiry is commercially relevant, and removed on request.

Needs review: set a definite retention period. The wording above is honest but vague, and some state laws expect specificity.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through this site and we will action it.

Needs review: state-specific rights language, notably CCPA/CPRA for California residents, has deliberately not been drafted. It needs review against where the company actually does business.

Conrad Consulting Company. Reach us through the contact page.

Needs review: no postal address is published because none has been supplied. Several privacy frameworks expect a physical contact address.

Next step

Tell us what you need solved.

Describe the problem in plain terms. You will get an honest view of the right approach — including when that approach is not us.
